gosh. friday was such a long day. kinda a bad day too. ms chia broke down & cried. shan't elaborate on it. but our dear adriano. y is he like that? ponders.

then had trng on k1 cus my dear joan din come to school. was quite satisfied with my sets except for the direction prob at the finishing. screwed the whole thing up. after trng wanted to buy drink but jerry was alrdy there. den weipo & i went to buy drink which caused us 500push-ups. the whole team had to do 100 together. then i started doin my 500 & my beloved teammates accompanied me to do 100 more. how nice are they. thats our team spirit!! love them to bits & pieces. but jerry was nice to let me stop at 320. den i continued to do another 20 with the team. i so love them. awwww. LOL.

then went walkin around tampines mall with juniors & pamela till around 8pm then went home.

saturday couldnt go down cus of my shoulder again. the bone there seriously hurt whenever i try to push. please dont act up during competition man. barbara's whole body cramped up again. what a scary sight. it was as if she had stroke. had to massage her for so long before she could feel her hands & all.
