today's trng was super tired man. its kinda lyk paddling in an oven. the weather is super extreme. 1 week of continuous rain den sunny day. can it get any worse. sighs. there were 3 k1 girls today. kela vino & me. den i capsized right after i moved away from the pontoon[water was freezing cold] kela capsized when we were finishin our last set. den we realised vino capsized in the middle of the trng. kela & me started laughin. weirdo us.

after tat supposed to run but wasnt feelin well so stayed at the shed & some of us plus mr ng were discussing bout the team. this year is a tough yr to get through man. pray hard man.

dislike ppl who diao my frens ok. esp if ur a big fat pig n think ur so classy like some richman's daughter. ur so wrong. too fat to be classy. if u gonna diao my frens one more time. joan n me gonna confront u. argh.
